On Page: 204             Reallocates $2,000,000 of nonrecurring general 
                         revenue from the Department of Agriculture and 
Spec App: 1424A          Consumer Services' Transfer to the Agricultural 
                         Emergency Eradication Trust Fund category for the 
                         construction of an Apiary Research and Extension 
                         Laboratory at the University of Florida. Proviso 
                         language requires matching funds.

Following Specific Appropriation , INSERT:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 1471B are provided for the construction 
of an apiary research and extension laboratory at the University of 
Florida.  Distribution of funds shall be contigent upon a 25 percent 
match from the University of Florida's Institute of Food and 
Agricultural Sciences and a 25 percent match from the Florida State 
Beekeepers Association.
