    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to transportation facility
    3         designations; providing an honorary designation of a
    4         certain transportation facility in a specified county;
    5         directing the Department of Transportation to erect
    6         suitable markers; providing an effective date.

    8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    9  
   10         Section 1. Potter’s Field Memorial Highway designated;
   11  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   12         (1) That portion of Interstate 95/S.R. 9 between West
   13  Broward Boulevard/S.R. 842 and West Sunrise Boulevard/S.R. 838
   14  in Broward County is designated as “Potter’s Field Memorial
   15  Highway.”
   16         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   17  suitable markers designating Potter’s Field Memorial Highway as
   18  described in subsection (1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2016.
