       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 11 - 14
    4  and insert:
    5  Broward County is redesignated as the “Von D. Mizell-Eula
    6  Johnson State Park.”
    7         (2)The following structures at the Von D. Mizell-Eula
    8  Johnson State Park are designated or redesignated, as
    9  appropriate, as follows:
   10         (a)Boat ramp as the Alphonso Giles Boat Ramp.
   11         (b)Marina pavilion as the Dr. Calvin Shirley Marina
   12  Pavilion.
   13         (c)Osprey pavilion as the George and Agnes Burrows Osprey
   14  Pavilion.
   15         (d)Leatherback pavilion as the W. George Allen Leatherback
   16  Pavilion.
   17         (3) The Department of Environmental Protection is directed
   18  to erect suitable markers designating the Von D. Mizell-Eula
   19  Johnson State Park and the structures as described in
   20  subsections (1) and (2).
