       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 47
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) Subject to the provisions of s. 790.06 and s. 790.10, a
    6  person licensed to carry a concealed firearm or
    7  
    8  ================= T I T L E  A M E N D M E N T ================
    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 12
   11  and insert:
   12         or weapon as long as such person is in compliance with
   13         s. 790.06 and s. 790.10; providing that a person or
   14         entity who
