       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Dean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 630 and 631
    4  insert:
    5         (5) The department may not adopt rules for high-pressure
    6  well stimulation until the findings of the study have been
    7  submitted to the Legislature. However, by March 1, 2018, the
    8  department must adopt rules to implement the findings of the
    9  study, if such rules are warranted to protect public health,
   10  safety, and the environment.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 42
   15  and insert:
   16         department website; prohibiting the department from
   17         adopting rules until the study has been submitted to
   18         the Legislature; requiring the department to adopt
   19         rules under certain conditions by a specified date;
   20         amending s. 377.37, F.S.;
