       (Dean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 435 - 437
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The groundwater near the well location, including
    6  groundwater through which the well will be or has been drilled,
    7  is not contaminated as a result of the high-pressure well
    8  stimulation; and
