       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 706 and 707
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. Subsection (3) is added to section 316.068,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         316.068 Crash report forms.—
    8         (3) A crash report form may not include personal telephone
    9  numbers of persons involved in the crash.

   13         Delete line 6
   14  and insert:
   15         changes made by the act; amending s. 316.068, F.S.;
   16         prohibiting a crash report form from including

   18         crash; amending s. 316.083, F.S.;
