       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Negron) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 901 - 909
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Licensed as an engineer pursuant to chapter 471 or is a
    6  retired professional engineer as defined in s. 471.005.
    7         (b) Licensed as a general contractor, a building
    8  contractor, or a residential contractor pursuant to part I of
    9  chapter 489.
   10         (c) Licensed or registered as an architect to engage in the
   11  practice of architecture pursuant to part I of chapter 481.
   12         (d) A member of The Florida Bar.
   13         (e) Licensed as an adjuster pursuant to part VI of chapter
