       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Negron) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 371
    4  and insert:
    5  appointment as a property insurance appraisal umpire. Retired
    6  county, circuit, or appellate judges who are members in good
    7  standing with The Florida Bar are not required to obtain the
    8  license required by this subsection.
