       Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government (Simpson)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 121 - 127
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 3. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $69,570 in recurring funds from the Insurance Regulatory Trust
    7  Fund is appropriated to the Consumer Assistance Program within
    8  the Department of Financial Services for the purpose of
    9  implementing the program created by this act.
