    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 69 - 71
    4  and insert:
    5         (g) Plan, design, and conduct testing with information
    6  technology resources and implement service enhancements that are
    7  within the scope of the services provided by the state data
    8  center, if cost-effective.
