       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 376 - 379
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) Allow a dispensing organization during an emergency or
    6  a declared disaster to make a wholesale purchase of low-THC
    7  cannabis or medical cannabis from, or a distribution of low-THC
    8  cannabis or medical cannabis to, another dispensing organization
    9  for a period not to exceed 60 days after the occurrence of the
   10  emergency or declaration of the disaster.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete line 33
   15  and insert:
   16         or distributions to another dispensing organization
   17         under specified circumstances;
