       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    3         Between lines 783 and 784
    4  insert:
    5         (10) An eligible patient or the eligible patient’s legal
    6  representative may cultivate and grow up to 10 cannabis plants
    7  at his or her residence for the personal medical use of the
    8  eligible patient.
