    4  insert:
    5         (g) Notwithstanding s. 893.13, s. 893.135, s. 893.147, or
    6  any other law, a state university with a college of agriculture
    7  may cultivate and research cannabis.

   10  And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 81
   12  and insert:
   13         certain circumstances; authorizing certain state
   14         universities to cultivate and research cannabis;
   15         amending s. 499.0295, F.S.;
