       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (369986) (with directory and
    2  title amendments)
    3  
    4         Between lines 681 and 682
    5  insert:
    6         (10) An eligible patient or the eligible patient’s legal
    7  representative may cultivate and grow up to 10 cannabis plants
    8  at his or her residence for the personal medical use of the
    9  eligible patient.
