    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 384 and 385
    4  insert:
    5         (f) Prohibit a dispensing organization or any other entity
    6  from marketing low-THC cannabis or medical cannabis in a manner
    7  that is considered attractive to minors.

   11         Between lines 33 and 34
   12  insert:
   13         requiring the department to prohibit a dispensing
   14         organization or other entities from marketing low-THC
   15         cannabis or medical cannabis in a manner attractive to
   16         minors;
