       The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability
       (Ring) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 72 - 74
    4  and insert:
    5  transportation services; procedures.—
    6         (1) An independent special district that regulates transit
    7  or transportation services is subject to the Administrative
    8  Procedure Act, chapter 120.
    9         (2) This section does not apply to any entity authorized
   10  under s. 163.567 or under chapter 343, chapter 348, or chapter
   11  349.

   15  and insert:
