    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 441 and 442
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $66,468 in recurring funds from the Educational Enhancement
    7  Trust Fund is appropriated to the Department of Education for
    8  the purpose of implementing the amendments made by the act to s.
    9  1009.531, Florida Statutes.
