       The Committee on Appropriations (Flores) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (741272) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 796 and 797
    4  insert:
    5         (c) A classroom teacher may demonstrate eligibility for a
    6  scholarship through a nationally accredited, advanced credential
    7  earned after his or her initial teacher certification. Such
    8  certifications shall replace the SAT or ACT score eligibility
    9  requirements of paragraphs (a) and (b).
