    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 28 and 29
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. For the 2016-2017 fiscal year, the sum of $27.3
    6  million in nonrecurring funds is appropriated from the General
    7  Revenue Fund to the State Park Trust Fund within the Department
    8  of Environmental Protection to support state parks and implement
    9  this act.
