    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 44 - 48
    4  and insert:
    5  activity consistent with a bona fide farm, livestock operation,
    6  or ranch or in a working forest which allows members of the
    7  general public, for recreational, entertainment, or educational
    8  purposes, to view or enjoy activities, including farming,
    9  ranching, historical, cultural, civic, ceremonial, training and
   10  exhibition, or harvest-your-own activities and
