       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Sachs) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (336552) 
    2  
    3         Delete line 9
    4  and insert:
    5  system. A charge of any kind may not be levied by any
    6  government, business, or other entity for cremation or for items
    7  or services related to the cremation of a veteran who served in
    8  the Armed Forces of the United States which exceeds the maximum
    9  veterans affairs benefit for the reimbursement of cremation
   10  expenses.
