       Senator Galvano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 269 and 270
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. Subsection (5) is added to section 288.1097,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         288.1097 Qualified job training organizations;
    8  certification; duties.—
    9         (5) Notwithstanding s. 624.4625(1)(b), any member of a
   10  qualified job training organization that has been certified is
   11  eligible to participate in a self-insurance fund authorized by
   12  s. 624.4625.
