       Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Tourism, and
       Economic Development (Clemens) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 37 - 38
    4  and insert:
    5  development shall be reviewed under the expedited review process
    6  pursuant to s. 163.3184(3) for a limited review that confirms
    7  there are no adverse impacts to state or regional resources or
    8  facilities and that the intergovernmental coordination
    9  requirements addressing the impacts of development upon adjacent
   10  local governments pursuant to s. 163.3177(6)(h)3.a. are in
   11  effect.
