       Senator Detert moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1512 - 1516
    4  and insert:
    5  members above the limit set by this subsection. If a public
    6  education or training provider is represented on the board, a
    7  representative of a private education nonprofit provider and a
    8  representative of a private for profit provider must also be
    9  appointed to the board. CareerSource Florida, Inc., may waive
   10  this requirement if requested by a local workforce development
   11  board if it is demonstrated that such representatives do not
   12  exist in the region. The board shall include one nonvoting
