    6         Section 21. The Department of Education shall immediately
    7  terminate the following state education contracts: Contract
    8  Number 1A643; Contract Number 14-652, the Florida Standards
    9  Assessment; Contract Number 12-818, the Florida Item Bank and
   10  Test Platform; and Contract Number 12-652, Administration,
   11  Development, Scoring and Reporting.
