       The Committee on Transportation (Brandes) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1051
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 29. The amendment made by this act to s. 316.650,
    6  Florida Statutes, shall apply upon the creation of new inventory
    7  of uniform traffic citation forms.
    8         Section 30. This act shall take effect October 1, 2016.
