       Senator Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (588642) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 2864 and 2865
    5  insert:
    6         Section 68. Transportation facility designations;
    7  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    8         (1) That portion of S.R. 922 from N.E. 10th Avenue east to
    9  the North Miami City Limits in Miami-Dade County is designated
   10  as “Stanley G. Tate Boulevard.”
   11         (2) That portion of Miami Avenue between N.E. 5th Street
   12  and U.S. 41/S.R. 90/S.E. 7th Street in Miami-Dade County is
   13  designated as “Robert L. Shevin Memorial Boulevard.”
   14         (3) Bridge number 870054 on S.R. 112/W. 41st Street/Arthur
   15  Godfrey Road in Miami Beach is designated as the “Senator Paul
   16  B. Steinberg Bridge.”
   17         (4) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   18  suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as
   19  described in this section.
   20         Section 69. Section 1 of chapter 26497, Laws of Florida,
   21  1951, is amended to read:
   22         Section 1. That the following described route be and the
   23  same is hereby declared, designated and established as a State
   24  Road, forming a part of the connecting system of the State of
   25  Florida, and shall be known as the SHEPARD BROAD CAUSEWAY
   26  BOULEVARD.
   27         Beginning at the intersection of State Road AIA and 96th
   28  Street in Dade County, Florida, and running in a Westerly
   29  direction, as near as possible in a direct line, through the
   30  Town of Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, across Broad Causeway,
   31  spanning Biscayne Bay, and through the Town of North Miami,
   32  Florida, to the point where such highway shall intersect with
   33  State Road Number 7, along the most practicable and feasible
   34  route to be determined by the State Road Department.

   37  And the title is amended as follows:
   38         Delete line 3163
   39  and insert:
   40         applicability; providing honorary designations of
   41         various transportation facilities in specified
   42         counties; directing the Department of Transportation
   43         to erect suitable markers; amending chapter 26497,
   44         Laws of Florida, 1951; revising the name of an
   45         honorary designation of a transportation facility in a
   46         specified county; providing an effective date.
