       Senator Braynon moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (588642) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 2263 and 2264
    5  insert:
    6         Section 48. Transportation facility designations;
    7  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    8         (1) Bridge number 429958 on S.R. 842/Broward Boulevard at
    9  North Fork New River in Broward County is designated as the
   10  “Senator Christopher L. Smith Bridge.”
   11         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating the transportation facility as
   13  described in this section.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 3163
   18  and insert:
   19         applicability; providing an honorary designation of a
   20         specified transportation facility in a specified
   21         county; directing the Department of Transportation to
   22         erect suitable markers; providing an effective date.
