       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (588642) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 2263 and 2264
    5  insert:
    6         Section 48. Transportation facility designations;
    7  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
    8         (1) That portion of C.R. 155/Meridian Road between Meridian
    9  Hills Road and the Georgia state line in Leon County is
   10  designated as “Dubose Ausley Highway.”
   11         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating the transportation facilities as
   13  described in this section.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 3163
   18  and insert:
   19         applicability; providing honorary designations of
   20         various transportation facilities in specified
   21         counties; directing the Department of Transportation
   22         to erect suitable markers; providing an effective
   23         date.
