       Senator Evers moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (588642) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 4 and 5
    5  insert:
    6         Section 1. Subsection (5) is added to section 288.1097,
    7  Florida Statutes, to read:
    8         288.1097 Qualified job training organizations;
    9  certification; duties.—
   10         (5) Notwithstanding s. 624.4625(1)(b), any member of a
   11  qualified job training organization that is both certified under
   12  this section and has at least one roadside cleaning service
   13  contract with a state agency among its membership may
   14  participate in a self-insurance fund authorized under s.
   15  624.4625.
