       Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services (Sobel)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 48 - 52
    4  and insert:
    5         (d) Effective July 1, 2016, the income of an illegal
    6  noncitizen or ineligible noncitizen who is a mandatory member of
    7  a family, less a pro rata share for the illegal noncitizen or
    8  ineligible noncitizen, counts in full for a new applicant or for
    9  a person reapplying, after the application of disregarded earned
   10  income, in determining a family’s eligibility to participate in
   11  the program.
