(1) The Board of Medicine and the Board of 7 Osteopathic Medicine shall adopt rules to establish requirements 8 that ensure the safe and effective delivery of pediatric 9 surgical care in ambulatory surgical centers in accordance with 10 the American College of Surgeons’ evidence-based standards for 11 optimal pediatric care.
