       The Committee on Appropriations (Hukill) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 30 - 33
    4  and insert:
    5  up to a total of $250,000. Governmental applicants must be given
    6  preference, and any other remaining funds may be
    7

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete lines 5 - 7
   11  and insert:
   12         additional rebate applications from certain
   13         applicants; specifying preference for such
   14         applications;
