Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) and subsection 6 (2) of section 376.30701, Florida Statutes, are amended to read: 7 376.30701 Application of risk-based corrective action 8 principles to contaminated sites; applicability; legislative 9 intent; rulemaking authority; contamination cleanup criteria; 10 limitations; reopeners.— 11 (1) APPLICABILITY.— 12 (b) This section shall apply to all contaminated sites 13 resulting from a discharge of pollutants or hazardous substances 14 where legal responsibility for site rehabilitation exists 15 pursuant to other provisions of this chapter or chapter 403, 16 except for those contaminated sites subject to the risk-based 17 corrective action cleanup criteria established for the 18 petroleum, brownfields, and drycleaning programs pursuant to ss. 19 376.3071, 376.81, and 376.3078, respectively.
