       The Committee on Appropriations (Ring) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 43
    4  and insert:
    5  parent, guardian, or individual. If the individual is a victim,
    6  the defendant shall reimburse the victim for all expenses
    7  related to the attendance of the professional at the interview,
    8  in addition to other restitution or penalties provided by law,
    9  upon conviction of the offense of which the individual is a
