       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Perry) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 66 and 67
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Section 893.015, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         893.015 Statutory References.—The purpose of this chapter
    8  is to comprehensively address drug abuse prevention and control
    9  in this state. To this end, unless expressly provided otherwise,
   10  a reference in any section of the Florida Statutes to chapter
   11  893 or to any section or portion of a section of chapter 893
   12  includes all subsequent amendments to chapter 893 or to the
   13  referenced section or portion of a section.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 2 - 6
   18  and insert:
   19         An act relating to the Florida Comprehensive Drug
   20         Abuse Prevention and Control Act; amending s. 893.03,
   21         F.S.; specifying that ioflupane I 123 is not included
   22         in Schedule II; creating s. 893.015, F.S.; specifying
   23         the chapter's purpose; providing that a reference to
   24         ch. 893, F.S., or to any section or portion thereof,
   25         includes all subsequent amendments; providing an
   26         effective date.
