       (Grimsley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 194 - 205
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 2. Subsection (14) is added to section 376.3078,
    6  Florida Statutes, to read:
    7         376.3078 Drycleaning facility restoration; funds; uses;
    8  liability; recovery of expenditures.—

   13  and insert:
   14         376.3078, F.S.; providing a statement of public
