       The Committee on Appropriations (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 2152 and 2153
    4  insert:
    5         Section 42. The sum of $250,000 from nonrecurring general
    6  revenue is appropriated to the Department of Children and
    7  Families for state fiscal year 2017-2018 for the purposes of
    8  implementing a shared family care residential services pilot
    9  program in the Fourth Judicial Circuit to serve substance
   10  exposed newborns and their families pursuant to s. 409.16742.
