    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 380 and 381
    4  insert:
    5         Section 8. For the 2017-2018 fiscal year, the sum of
    6  $1,609,285 in nonrecurring funds from the General Revenue Fund
    7  is appropriated to the Department of Corrections, Inmates
    8  Sentenced to County Jail appropriation category in the Executive
    9  Direction and Support Services budget entity for the purpose of
   10  implementing s. 950.021, Florida Statutes, as created in this
   11  act.
