       The Committee on Appropriations (Hutson) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 844
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 33. Effective July 1, 2017, the sum of $188,650 in
    6  nonrecurring funds from the Treasury Administrative Investment
    7  Trust Fund is appropriated to the Treasury Deposit Security
    8  Program within the Department of Financial Services for the
    9  purposes of implementing this act.
   10         Section 34. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   11  act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2018.

   16  and insert:
