       The Committee on Education (Grimsley) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 141 - 144
    4  and insert:
    5  If The inability of a private school is unable to meet the
    6  requirements of this subsection or has consecutive years of
    7  material exceptions listed in the report required under
    8  paragraph (e), the commissioner may determine that shall
    9  constitute a basis for the ineligibility of the private school
   10  is ineligible to participate
