       The Committee on Judiciary (Perry) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 15 - 28
    4  and insert:
    5         (8) Every contract subject to this section shall contain a
    6  provision that requires the vendor to place or print a warning
    7  on all lottery tickets that prominently reads: “WARNING:
    8  GAMBLING CAN BE ADDICTIVE.”
    9         Section 2. Subsections (10) through (15) of section 24.112,
   10  Florida Statutes, are renumbered as subsections (11) through
   11  (16), respectively, and a new subsection (10) is added to that
   12  section to read:
   13         24.112 Retailers of lottery tickets; authorization of
   14  vending machines to dispense lottery tickets.—
   15         (10) Every contract subject to this section shall contain a
   16  provision that requires the retailer to prominently display a
   17  sign, provided by the department, at the lottery ticket point of
   18  sale that states: “WARNING: GAMBLING CAN BE ADDICTIVE.”
