       The Committee on Community Affairs (Clemens) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 14 - 25
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Subsection (6) of section 171.0413, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         171.0413 Annexation procedures.—Any municipality may annex
    8  contiguous, compact, unincorporated territory in the following
    9  manner:

   12  And the title is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 3 - 7
   14  and insert:
   15         municipalities; amending s. 171.0413, F.S.;
