    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to mobile homes; amending s. 723.022,
    3         F.S.; requiring a mobile home park owner to maintain
    4         specified homeowner information; requiring the park
    5         owner to disclose the information to a unit of local
    6         government for certain purposes; providing an
    7         effective date.

    9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
   10  
   11         Section 1. Subsection (6) is added to section 723.022,
   12  Florida Statutes, to read:
   13         723.022 Mobile home park owner’s general obligations.—A
   14  mobile home park owner shall at all times:
   15         (6) Maintain a list of the names and addresses of all
   16  homeowners and their mobile home vehicle identification numbers.
   17  Upon request, the list shall be disclosed to any unit of local
   18  government for enforcement of s. 723.023(1).
   19         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2017.
