    2         A concurrent resolution providing for adjourning and
    3         reconvening of each house of the Legislature and
    4         providing for adjournment sine die during the 2017
    5         Regular Session.

    7  Be It Resolved by the Senate of the State of Florida, the House
    8  of Representatives Concurring:
    9  
   10         That, pursuant to Section 3(e) of Article III of the State
   11  Constitution, each house of the Legislature may, without further
   12  consent from the other house, determine its respective dates and
   13  times for adjourning and reconvening during the 2017 Regular
   14  Session of the Legislature, beginning Tuesday, March 7, 2017,
   15  and ending Friday, May 5, 2017.
   16         BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Legislature shall adjourn
   17  sine die at the earlier of Friday, May 5, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. or
   18  upon concurrent motions to adjourn sine die.
