       Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government (Brandes)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 67 - 75
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) The task force shall be composed of the following 12
    6  members:
    7         1. The Secretary of Management Services or his or her
    8  designee, who shall serve as chair of the task force.
    9         2. Seven members appointed by the Governor, as follows:
   10         a. One county government official.
   11         b. One municipal government official.
   12         c. One district school board member.
   13         d. Three representatives of the business community.
   14         e. One member from a cooperative state purchasing program
   15  managed through a regional consortium service organization
   16  established pursuant to s. 1001.451.
