       Resources (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         In title, between lines 32 and 33
    4  insert:
    5         WHEREAS, overweight and obese individuals, particularly
    6  older adults, can also be malnourished, defined as lacking the
    7  proper amount of essential nutrients, thus often increasing
    8  their risk of muscle wasting, which can lead to disability and
    9  poor health outcomes, and
