       Senator Brandes moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 470 - 471
    4  and insert:
    5  counties where such rail transit investment will be made.
    6  Additionally, after approval by a majority vote of each M.P.O.,
    7  the action must be approved by an act of the Legislature.
