    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (421264) (with title

    5  and insert:
    6         2. An association that operates fewer than 50 units,
    7  regardless of the association’s annual revenues, shall prepare a
    8  report of cash receipts and expenditures in lieu of financial
    9  statements required by paragraph (a).
